Alpha™ Pillow Care Instructions

 🌬 What should you do when you receive your Alpha:

Your pillows have been sealed in a frosted bag for quality purposes. We recommend that you air the pillow as needed. Leaving it out in open air will help eliminate “New Box/Product” smell (if any). 

💦  Alpha's Washing Instructions:

🖤 Memory Foam: Must always be cleaned by hand, machine washing can damage the memory foam. Please use gentle laundry detergent, mixing a small amount of detergent in warm water. Fill a spray bottle (if available), and then spray the entire foam lightly. If a spray bottle is not available, please wet a towel to wipe the foam gently. 

NOTE: Do not soak the foam and do not rub hard, it can damage and break your foam.

• Washing and Drying

Alpha™ pillow cases are machine washable. You can wash in a cool wash/low cycle with gentle detergent (do not use heavy fabric softener or chlorine bleach) and tumble dry on low/cool.

• Stains

If there are stains on your Alpha™ pillow cases you can use a wet towel and soap to make it clean and use tumble dry on low. One tip regarding stains is that you should treat the stains and be sure they’re gone before you put your Alpha™ pillow cases in the dryer, because the dryer acts like an oven and bakes them in.

• Detergent, Fabric Softener, Dryer Sheets, Bleach

Please use gentle detergent only. Do not use chlorine bleach or heavy fabric softener. The chlorine bleach can loosen up or even break down the fibers in the Alpha™ pillow cases.  Fabric softeners as well as the dryer sheets can build up in the Alpha™ pillow cases making it less effective. Cotton is natural soft.

• Iron or Steam

Alpha™ Sheets can be ironed or steamed if needed. Please use low-medium heat.
